In 2000 Innovative was born, as a result of the desire to do travel agency in a different way from what was done at the time, the goal was a more personalized service, focused on the realization of the dream that is a trip and a real consultancy for choosing the destination , taking into account the travelers' profile, time of year, budget and areas of interest. Since the beginning of the agency, our motto has been "You travel, so do we", because there is no better way to put together itineraries and trips that not only meet, but exceed customer expectations with this in mind our customers were never just customers and the great most ended up becoming friends. And it is to this fabulous networking that we owe the agency's evolution.

Initially our focus was leisure travel and as a differential, we held at our headquarters, at that time at Rua Normandia, in Moema- SP Lectures on destinations, products where, at the same time that we trained our team, our customers were also invited to participate.

In 2001 we were invited by a client, Gui Bamberg, director of a large Marketing and Advertising agency for a partnership where we would also start to organize incentive trips, award trips, conventions and training. At this stage, the guidance of the Events Director Paula Siqueira, a very talented, very experienced and detailed professional who taught us the many differentials of this type of work, was essential and since then we have partnered with other agencies for these types of logistics, always with great success!

Organically, we were asked to assist companies to organize corporate travel logistics and we have corporate clients whose partnership started in 2001!
